Description
Formerly the Lariat Lounge, the Noose has reopened after a total renovation to be a pub with fresh coffee and bottled teas available in addition to a wide assortment of local and imported beers. Locals come in for happy hour, college students come in after hitting the library for a few hours. Occasional live music features local acts.
You’ve heard S. C. Dixon’s Legend Mobile Music on the radio, at the Paragon Club, Uncle Al’s, C. J.’s Saloon, and for 8 years at Kathie's Club in the former Holiday Inn. Now Emporia’s classic Dee-Jay since 1977
is back exclusively at "The Noose,” on occasional Fridays starting at 7.
Featuring the very best music from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s. There is no cover charge but come early because seating is limited.
"The Noose", now has FREE MUSIC every Saturday
night from 8-10.
You and your friends can choose your favorite tunes and make your
selection from the amazing catalog available on our internet juke box
and U.B. DA D.J.
