Even on a mo-ped!

HUTCHINSON, Kan. (AP) _ A 63-year-old Hutchinson man with at least 10 prior drunk driving convictions is facing yet another DUI charge.

Hayden Hitchcock was charged Monday with felony DUI for allegedly driving his mo-ped while drunk when the two-wheeler crashed into a car on June 2. Prosecutors say Hitchcock's blood-alcohol level was 0.14 percent.

At the time of the crash, Hitchcock was on parole from a one-year sentence for plowing into a set of fuel pumps on Dec. 23, 2007, and setting them ablaze.

Magistrate Randall McEwen denied Hitchcock's request to lower his $15,000 bond.
