An Emporia man was among a list of suspects indicted Tuesday during a federal grand jury session in Wichita.

Glen A. Parker, 44, is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm after a felony conviction. The crime is alleged to have occurred in Chase County on Feb. 4.

If Parker is convicted, he faces a maximum of 10 years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives investigated the case, which is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney David Lind.
