Preliminary set in Osage County

LYNDON — A preliminary hearing date has been set for Justin Spencer, 24, of Carbondale, who is accused of involuntary manslaughter while driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while having been declared an habitual violator.

Spencer is accused in the death of Jessica Alford, 27, who died from injuries received in a rollover accident on Feb. 20 in rural Osage County.

Osage County Attorney Brandon L. Jones said that Spencer’s preliminary hearing will be at 9 a.m. on July 18. He remains in jail with bond set at $250,000.
