History

M-Theory started out with Nathan Flemming and Jace Grenell jamming in Nathans basement, then Nate ran into Jerrod Mai (formerly of Fallout) and they had discussed what each other was doing as far as bands and such. Nate invited Jerrod over to jam with him and Jace and they decided to look for a Bass player. They went to Flint Hills Music and called a few names on the Bulletin board and finally came out with Mr. Aaron Bryant (formerly of Seventh Impulse/Duck Butter). M-Theory was now formed and had 4 originals and 1 cover song they played 2 shows with this lineup and then Jace had to quit due to personal reasons. Then it was back to the drawing board they knew Matt Browning as Nate had jammed with him before. They had him come down and practice and he picked up 1 of the songs fairly quick and really impressed the 3 remaining members. So the decision was made to include Matt B. in the band they wrote 6 songs in 2 months and played their first show as this line-up. They kept writing new songs and playing shows for the next 7 months. Then they kinda had a feeling that something was just lacking so they went looking for another guitar player to help Matt B. with rhythm and leads so Jerrod contacted his friend and old bandmate Matt Eller (formerly of Fallout) because they thought that he would be prefect and he had also been asking for sometime to do this very thing. So after 2 months of drilling the riffs and changes in his head Matt E. played his first show with M-Theory April 28th @ P.J.'s in Manhattan.

M-Theory has shared the stage with the likes of Frail, At The Left Hand Of God, Moire, Out Of the Suffering, Seventh Impulse, Sorrow By Truth, Decimation, Hate Made Easy, Liquid Aggression, and many more. M-Theory has played these respectable venues-- The Static Bar, P.J.'s Pub, The Wagon Wheel, Josies, My Place Too, Lerches, The Gaslight Tavern and also many more. Current Status: Available for booking
